A "project" is a single design request. For example, a YouTube thumbnail, a business card, or a product label is one project each. - Revisions Policy:
Minor adjustments or corrections are included in revisions. Major redesigns or changes to the initial concept may count as a new project.
Annual Subscription Plans (Optional):
- Commit to a 12-month plan and get 2 months free on any of the above packages!

We offer a wide range of design services, including YouTube thumbnails, website banners, product labels, boxes, business cards, flyers, thank-you cards, and more. Specific packages also offer 3D mockups and video flyers.
How many revisions do I get per project?
Our Basic package includes up to 4 revisions per project, the Standard package includes 6 revisions, and the Premium package offers unlimited revisions.
What is the turnaround time for each project?
Depending on the complexity, most projects are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. We ensure quick delivery without compromising quality.
Can I carry over unused projects to the next month?
Unused projects do not roll over to the following month. However, we always recommend planning your design needs to ensure all available projects are used each month.
Can I upgrade my package at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time to better fit your design needs by ordering the specific new package you want at the beginning of the new month.
What if I want to cancel the service?
Our service does not auto-subscribe. You'll need to subscribe each time manually, and once a month is subscribed for, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
