FOR SERVICES
- You’re eligible for a full refund if there's any technical reason why we couldn't deliver your order.
- You’re entitled to a refund if we've adjusted/corrected your project and you still do not like the project ( 3 trials before you request a refund.)
- You may be obligated to pay cancellation charges where applicable
DOWNLOADABLES
The digital products are not physical goods you can return, we refund you, and all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Expectations:
If we cannot deliver your files, we’ll process your full refund, all refunds are processed within 0 - 14 days.

Can I get a refund if my printed items have errors?
If such an error occurs from our end, we'll either refund or reprint depending on your choice.
If a proof/sample was sent to you in digital or print and you have given us the go-ahead, you cannot get a refund, you'll need to pay for a reprint. To prevent this occurrence, please ensure you follow every print guideline and proofread your content as well.
Can I get a refund if I receive a broken link (and my download is inaccessible)?
No, we'll fix the issue and send your file, just ensure you leave a message on your order or contact us immediately to avoid delay in getting the files you paid for.

BUYING FAQ
If I reject a project you designed for me or reject the downloadable files I bought and cancel the order, can I still use the older files?
No! unless you buy it from us otherwise, we have the right to resell what you rejected.
