For your convenience, we have pre-listed some services on the site and their prices, to search for a service to order, simply type in the search bar at the top of the site and click the magnifying icon at the right-hand side of the box to search, once you find what you're looking for, click on it to open the details, endeavour to read the product descriptions section before placing an orders.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHOD AVAILABLE?
1. PayPal, Debit/Credit Card: 2Checkout (Verifone); Paypal, AMEX, JBC, and Discover
2. Paystack, Debit/Credit Card: Card; Verve card, Visa, Mastercard, Transfer, USSD, VISA QR and Bank payment
3. Pay via a link or wire transfer: Receive a payment link to pay with your card/account via Flutterwave, Paystack, Payoneer, and or Bank Transfer

If you choose Paypal, Debit/Credit Card above while making your payment, you'll be directed to our payment partner "2Checkout (Verifone)" where you have the option to use Paypal or Cards, This process is automatic and you'll be taken back to your account to have access to what you paid for on SunMyke.com.
Use only JCB and Discover cards in the card option. To use a Visa card, Mastercard, Diners, or Amex, simply choose the Paypal option. Please note that Mastercard, Visa cards, and any other card need to be linked to your Paypal account first, You can also use your Papal balance to make purchases.
Paystack, Debit/Credit Card: This option lets you use multiple options to pay on the checkout page, the options include Card; Verve card, Visa, Mastercard, Transfer, USSD, VISA QR and Bank payment, please note that this payment option is only available if you're visiting our website from Nigeria
Pay via a link or wire transfer
If you choose this option while placing an order, your order will be placed on hold till your payment is confirmed. Immediately you click "Order Now", your order will be registered to your account, click on your newly placed order, find the chat box there, and send us your means of payment. Available options are Payoneer transfer or payment link, Paystack payment link, Flutterwave payment link, and Bank/wire Transfer.
If Paypal is not available in your country and you do not have AMEX, JCB, or Discover cards, kindly choose "Manual & Transfer" to make your order, once we confirm your order, you'll receive a payment link or the bank account details you can pay to.
WHAT ARE THE PROCESSES INVOLVED IF I ORDER A SERVICE?
- Order and receive the first draft: No rigorous processes, endless phone calls, and meetings, Once you place your order, you'll be directed to your account where you can submit any required details. We'll then get to work on your first draft, which we'll attach to your account within the stipulated timeframe for your review.
- Revisions: After reviewing the first draft, you can submit any edits or revision requests to us by attaching them to your account. We'll then make the requested changes where needed.
- Completion: Once all corrections and edits are completed, we'll attach the final file back into your account for you to download. In the case of large files, we'll provide a download link via your account for convenience.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund when it's in progress?
Yes, If it's a design project and no draft has been sent to you. Simply leave us a message on your order.
No, If it's a print project
Can I get a refund if my printed items have errors?
If such an error occurs from our end, we'll either refund or reprint depending on your choice.
If a proof/sample was sent to you in digital or print and you have given us the go-ahead, you cannot get a refund, you'll need to pay for a reprint. To prevent this occurrence, please ensure you follow every print guideline and proofread your content as well.
