Fried rice is made from steamed rice stired-fried in a wok, often with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables and meat . There are many popular varieties of fried rice each with its own specific list of ingredients.
Ingredients for Preparation
Rice, carrot, green beans, green pepper, thyme, liver, 1 medium onions, garlic, curry, nutmeg, vegetable oil, seasoning, salt, butter, beef, and water.
Method of Preparation
Cut and wash the beef very well, put in a pot including salt, curry, thyme, water, onions, seasoning and green beans.
Place it on fire cover till tender, as required , parboil the rice and sieve the water, also remove the meat from the pot, leave the ingredients.
Pour the parboiled rice into the beef water, and put on the fire, cook and make it quarter done, slice the green pepper and carrot and fry in a separate hot oil mixed with butter.
Add the beef and little salt then cook together for few seconds until dry then it’s ready to eat.
VEGETABLE SALAD
vegetable salad is a mixture of cold and hot often including raw vegetables or fruits.
Ingredients for Preparation
Fresh tomatoes, green pepper, cabbage, cucumber, bake beans, boiled fish, boiled egg, carrot, onions and mayonnaise.
Boil the fish with seasoning, salt, onions then slice the cabbage, cucumber, carrot, tomatoes and green pepper. Slice the boiled fish and egg, then open the baked beans and mix with above vegetables, apply the salad cream and add sliced egg and fish.
