The same is applicable to your health. It is not wise neither is it cheaper to wait for sickness before you give your health attention. Though, you may be cured if serious sickness is allowed to develop but may never remain the same.
Have you not heard people say, since that man suffered that sickness his body has not returned to normal? You must have a strong personal health decision in areas of your health care delivery. One thing most people do in common is readiness to take personal responsibly for their health. Good health is a choice you must make for yourself it is your personal responsibility to take for it.
No one ought to care for it more than yourself, anything contrary to this is suicide. Take out time to check for your medical fitness before you breakdown if I may ask, when did you check your blood cholesterol last, ? nevertheless always remember that you are important and the only way not to frustrate your marriage and loved ones is to give priority to your health, Jesus personally asked this question: “what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his life.”? (Mark 8:36)
He would receive the reward of those that committed suicide on earth. It is very unfortunate that most Africans empowered witches by their action for circumstance that does not have any relationship with witches and wizards, witches are not only residence in Africa, they are as well in Europe yet Europeans who don’t call upon God the way we blacks do have exceptional quality of life far more than Africans. Ignorantly most people attributed it to the economic empowerment but that is not completely true.
The orientation of the people in Africa and Europe has a sharp contrast. Here, Europeans spend their money to remain healthy while Africans wait until the worst happens before health is given priority. This is the time for you to generalise the problems of Africans. It is rather time you consider your health as it personally concerns you because you would share the pains of negligence alone, note others contribution to your problem may be consolation for example; take heart, it is well when you are dying. Think about this and give room for rethinking.

Behaviour and immune response: This is because the molecular structure of toxins are carcinogenic that is cancer promoters, as they interact with human DNA. The world health organization has implicated environmental toxic chemicals in over 60 to 80 percent of all cancer cases. On the other hand detoxification is a process by which the body gets rid of these accumulated toxins. Naturally human bodies are clearly designed to self cleansing and self healing. The internal detoxification is a daily procedure of the major detoxification organs like liver, kidney, skin and lungs. These organs are so important to life such that damage to them, particularly the liver and kidney numbers the days of the affected individual. However, the capacity and capability of these organs to carry out this important function that is, detoxification could be enhanced through different nutritional and behavioural modification. One of the keys to anti-ageing is to identify useful ways to detoxify your exposure to toxic surroundings elements including the air water and food.

Heavy Metals Toxins
Lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic and aluminum, are included in this category. these metals tend to accumulate in the bran, kidney and immune system. Heavy metal toxicity has being linked to several diseases including, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson disease and several neurological disorders. The early symptoms of heavy metal toxins include, headaches, fatigue, muscle pains, indigestion, tremors, constipation, anemia and tremors. Mild toxicity symptoms include impaired memory and distorted thinking ability. Severe toxicity can lead to death.
The liver is the major detoxification centre in the body .it acts as a in-line filter for the removal of foreign substances and waste from the blood. Toxins that are cleared by the liver are alcohol, solvents, formaldehyde, pesticide, herbicide and food additives and bacteria toxins. One of the major ways of securing the health of your liver is by avoidance of habitual harmful substances like alcohol,, concoctions, self medications, etc another helpful approach is daily consumption of antioxidants.
Microbial toxins are the toxins produced by unwanted bacteria and yeast in the gut, that is stomach and intestine. These can be absorbed into the body and can cause a significant disruption of the systemic functions. Examples of such toxins are end toxins and serotoxins from bacteria, toxic amines, toxic derivative from bile and many carcinogens. These have been implicated in many diseases including crohn disease, ulcerative colitis, liver disease, psoriasis, lupus, pancreatitis, allergies, asthma, and immune disorders. The solution is to follow a diet rich fibre, particularly water soluble fibres such as those found in vegetables, fruits and oat bran. Fibre has the ability to eliminate toxins from the gut and promote their excretion. Large doses of vitamin c also have anti- bacteria phagocyte effects, in addition to being a laxative.
Protein By-Product Toxins
The kidney is mainly responsible for the elimination of toxic waste products from protein breakdown such as ammonia and urea. Detoxification of the body involves cleansing the kidney with adequate amount of water for at least 8 to 10 glasses a day and a reduction in protein intake such as red meat to avoid overloading the body with urea which is resulted from the breakdown of protein.
